Hester Bell, Ph.D.

Postdoctoral Fellow

Dr. Bell earned her doctoral degree from Claremont Graduate University (Class of 2007).  Her research focuses on the systematics of chloridoid grasses, in particular, the genus Distichlis.

Amanda Fisher, Ph.D.

Dr. Fisher's research interests lie in understanding evolution in the grass family (Poaceae).

Jeffery Morawetz, Ph.D.

Postdoctoral Researcher

Dr. Morawetz earned his doctoral degree in plant systematics from The Ohio State University, Columbus (2007). He was selected as The Fletcher Jones Postdoctoral Fellow for 2010-11. His research interests include systematics, haustorial anatomy, and the evolution of parasitism within Orobanchaceae.  Morawetz_CV .

Erin A. Tripp, Ph.D.

Postdoctoral Researcher

Dr. Tripp earned her doctoral degree in ecology and evolutionary biology from Duke University, Durham, NC (2008). Her research concerns the systematics and evolution of Ruellieae (Acanthaceae); lichen diversity of eastern North America.
